This is a very personal animation I created when I was at a low point in personally during the start of the pandemic. This piece contains imagery that references self harm, please proceed with caution. This animation is frame by frame, created in Procreate. The animation was edited together in Adobe After Effects. This animation started in 2020 when I was taking a train to see one of my cats for the last time. After this animation ignoring it on and off, I finally finished it. This animation depicts a stylized eye that slowly begins crying. The more tears fall, the color slowly drains from the eye. By the end of the animation, the eye is gray and the tears are bright blue. This animation was made in Procreate, drawn frame by frame. Then it was moved into After effects to edit and add more dimension to the tears. Audio: Tormented - https://www.purple-planet.com

Years in the future, an exploratory mission to find habitable planets led one protagonist to planet 4618. After landing, she was found the planet beyond anything they could have imagined. Plantlife exactly like what's on earth is thriving, the air is completely breathable, and even manmade structures stand the test of time. However, after investigating a run-down apartment, it turns out there is a reason this world's planets are growing strong and there are no inhabitants insight. By the time she is able to put everything together, it's too late. - This is my final Animation from my time in college. I started this piece in September 2018 and didn't finish it until January 202. This piece pushed me on many levels; working with Unreal Engine for the first time, creating a whole landscape, and making an 8 minute piece.

Personal motion capture data connected to rigged trees to create these moving beauties. The movements of a tree in high wind look very similar to these movements of a human moving their arms as they lean their body back and forward.

"The Leshy" is based on the folklore of said creature, who is Slavic in origin. The Leshy is often depicted as a male who is the watcher of the forest, depicted as malevolent and other times as benevolent. It can shift to any size, as tall as the trees or a small as the grass. Their form is not limited to one shape, being able to the form of whatever it desires. My depiction of the Leshy is female, relating to mother nature. She walks the forest until hearing the sound of a tree falling. She rushes towards the noise before finding the individual who did the damage and enacting her revenge.
